The movement performs 28 800 vibrations per hour and has 27 bearing jewels. A 38-hour power reserve is available for the convenience of the wearer. Hands and indices are luminous for improved night time visibility. Subsidiary seconds appear at 9 o'clock. The date display is located at 3 o'clock. Oris Maldives features a ceramic bezel that rotates to measure elapsed time of up to 60 minutes. Additional useful features include security folding clasp with extension, helium valve for pressure adjustments, screw-in security crown, titanium case back with engravings and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass with anti-reflective coating.
