The masculine Victorinox Swiss Army Alpnach Mechanical model in a bold 44mm diameter offers a sophisticated and highly professional statement via its rugged construction and black nylon strap. The iconic Alpnach collection from Victorinox watches is named after the Alpine helicopter base of the Swiss Air Force. Using Swiss precision and cutting edge design, the Alpnach Mechanical is sharply engineered and directly inspired by the twin-rotor Cougar AS 532, borrowing key elements from the aircrafts rotary blades, cyclic stick, turbines and cockpit. Dressed on a beautiful black hue, the dial features a white seconds hand together with white tipped hour and minute indices for high legibility. A striking date aperture sits at the base of the display, providing remarkable contrast against the lime green painted border and matching minuterie on the flange. Victorinox watches fuse together an excellent selection of materials to create these sound, solid designs that are built to withstand the most extreme of external challenges.
